The apartment is located in a secure housing complex. The beach is just a short walk down and close to the bus for torrevieja (5km to walk). The apartment was very clean and nice. The kitchen had everything for breakfast and afternoons drinks with snacks.

We had a very lovely stay. The location was perfect for us walking down to the beach every day with 2 little girls. Just a few minutes. Also shops are within walking distance. The apartment itself had everything we needed. Just would give the kitchen utensils a little more attention and a good clean. All in all I would recommend this place and hope to book again

Excellently located with the beach only being a short walk away. Having the pool was a real added bonus. It's perfect for families.
Arthur very helpful and prompt with his reply’s and Alex who met us at the property was very professional and helpful. Lovely property in a good location near the beach with everything required for a holiday. All necessary facilities in walking distance with some nice restaurants and bars both at the beach and in the Torreblanca area above the premises. No problems with Covid - In fact we felt very safe as everyone was adhering to the rules and wearing masks in all areas.
Great apartment, everything that you need is provided, clean & nicely decorated, loved the paintings. Well placed for a short walk to a perfect beach. The pool is great, supermarket not far, a few restaurants on the beach & in the local area but we loved the bars & restaurants in La Mata, less than 1km to walk. Arturs communication was excellent & very helpful & Alex, who checked us in & out was great & helpful too, good guys!
Lovely bright clean apartment, with large outside space, pool right outside the door, and beach and supermarket 5 minutes away. Alex hosted us and was really nice and helpful, couldn’t do enough for us.
We stayed during April, so majority of the properties were empty, so it has been extremely calm and we had a pool basically just for ourselves. The apartment is very close to the beach and the park and they both are very nice. The landlord was beyond helpful and made all our requests happen swiftly. As we were working from home, the internet speed was increased as we had 400mbps. The property has a nice terrace with a roll out shade to hide from the sun. It has 3 bedrooms, however one of them has a window facing the other bedroom and that other bedroom is a room converted from the balcony or something of that sort and was chilly. The property included the tennis court that was free to be used. Children playground nearby so was perfect for our children.
