The living room has a spacious sofa bed, air conditioning and modern decor in neutral tones. The kitchen is fully equipped with built-in appliances, oven, dishwasher, fridge, hob, coffee maker, dishes and basic kitchen utensils for everyday use.

From this area, you can access a spacious private terrace, perfect for having breakfast outdoors, sunbathing or enjoying lunches and dinners thanks to the barbecue area.

On the upper floor, there is the main bedroom, equipped with a double bed, wardrobe and bed linen included. The property also has a modern bathroom with shower, glass screen and contemporary finishes.

Other things to note
House rules and rental conditions

1. Cleaning for long-term stays
• If the stay exceeds 28 days, guests are required to agree and allow access for an additional mandatory cleaning, carried out by Espavista cleaning staff and previously coordinated with the guest.
• The cleaning is carried out during the stay:
- for stays of 1 to 2 months — at least one additional cleaning, usually in the middle of the rental period;
- for stays of more than 2 months — at least once a month.
• Payment is made directly to Espavista cleaning staff.
• The cost of the additional cleaning is the same as the final cleaning fee indicated in the reservation.
• In case of refusal to carry out the mandatory cleaning, the amount may be deducted from the security deposit.

2. Damages and responsibility:
• The guest is responsible for any damage caused by intentional actions, improper use or negligent treatment of the property.
• Damages will be covered from the security deposit and, if the amount exceeds the deposit, the guest must reimburse the additional cost.
• The owner will only be responsible for repairs or replacements of equipment that fails due to normal wear and tear.

3. Reporting damages
• The guest must immediately notify the owner of any damage or defect:
- within 1 hour — if the problem may cause an accident, flooding, damage to neighbors or risk to occupants or third parties;
- within 24 hours — for other defects that do not pose a safety risk.
• The notification must be made in writing through Airbnb.

4. Other conditions
• Smoking inside the property is prohibited.
• Parties and events that disturb public order are not allowed.
• In case of loss of keys or pool cards/bracelets, the guest must pay the replacement cost. The cost of replacing the lock can start from 60 euros.

Check-in from 11:00 to 19:00

The time of moving in and handing over the keys should be agreed in advance on WhatsApp +34625965164 with our manager.

When checking in after hours, guests can collect the keys themselves from the safe deposit box located at the entrance of the Espavista office.
