Beyond the living area, there is a furnished terrace with a dining table, offering views of the communal pool. Additionally, next to the terrace, there is a small storage room.
The location is very central and convenient, close to all necessary amenities, with bars, shops, restaurants, and supermarkets just a few steps away. This apartment provides an excellent option for enjoying a relaxing holiday in the beautiful coastal city of Torrevieja.

When checking in after hours, guests can collect the keys themselves from the safe deposit box located at the entrance of the Espavista office.
