Very convenient access to the beach.

Sleeping rooms 2, with fitted wardrobes.
Bathroom.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar, a fridge, a washing machine, a hob, a microwave oven, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee maker. Each room has heating devices.
Terrace with a beautiful view of the pool (in the immediate vicinity of the house).

Swimming pool is only open during the summer.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, like bed linen, towels, dishes, a dryer, an ironing board, an iron and a hairdryer, as well as a vacuum cleaner.
There is internet, big TV.

Check-in after 14:00

Check-in time: after 14:00, the guest picks up the keys himself at the Espavista office.

When checking in outside office hours and on weekends, the keys will be kept in the safe on the office door.

Espavista office hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00 to 19:00.

Check-out before 12:00

Guests are required to leave the premises before 12:00 (noon), keys can be left indoors and the door slammed.

Es una apartamento situado en una urbanización familiar, aunque por las noches los jóvenes de la urbanización se juntan y no dejan dormir. La terraza no es útil toda ella, por que hay una palmera central que quita mucho espacio y además las plantas que hay son muy frondosas quitando también espacio. La playa está cerca, a unos 10 minutos andando, y la piscina de la urbanización está muy bien. Hay un supermercado a unos 15 minutos, pero para el resto hay que coger coche.

La urbanización cerca de la playa y muy agradable. La casa muy cómoda y con todas las necesidades cubiertas y la atención a nuestra llegada y durante toda la estancia perfecta. Sin duda volveremos.

We absolutely loved staying at this cozy beach apartment. Álex was a great host, and everything was as comfortable and nice as we expected, so we spent a very nice holiday summer week here. The apartment feels like home in every way, is very comfortable and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is very lively and pretty, and the swimming pool is fantastic, both for adults and children. Parking is on the street (we stayed on very high summer season and always found a close parking spot without any problems). The supermarket is at walking distance, and so is the beach (10 minutes walking through a nice green park). The beach is sandy and very pleasant. We fully recommend staying here, we hope we could return someday.
