Excellent infrastructure. In 10 minutes walking to the supermarket, in 50 meters wonderful italian restaurant and others, 300 meters to the pine natural park.
Living room with flat TV. Bedrooms 2, with fitted wardrobes.
Every room in the apartment wit AC (warm/cold).
2 Bathrooms. Kitchen with breakfast bar, complete with fridge, oven, cooker, toaster, microwave, kettle and coffee maker, washing and dishwashing machine.
Terrace with a beautiful view on green area, swimming pool and surrounding.

Swimming pool is only open during the summer.

Apartment located in La Mata, Torrevieja, Alicante, Costa Blanca. If you come by car from Alicante airport the N-332 road will easily lead you to the appartment. From the airport take the N-332 road direction Santa Pola (at the right of the roundabout after the airport) then continue to drive in direction Torrevieja until exit La Mata.

From the Alicante airport by bus: As you reach the arrivals lounge turn right towards the rent-a-car area and follow the steps on the floor "Bus to Torrevieja". They lead to the lift and to the bus sto. Once you arrive at Torrevieja bus station take the bus A or A2 to La Mata and get off Centro de Salud de La Mata.

Check-in after 14:00

Check-in time: after 14:00, the guest picks up the keys himself at the Espavista office.

When checking in outside office hours and on weekends, the keys will be kept in the safe on the office door.

Espavista office hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00 to 19:00.

Check-out before 12:00

Guests are required to leave the premises before 12:00 (noon), keys can be left indoors and the door slammed.

Fui junto a mi familia a pasar una semana y la verdad que repetiría. Andando a 5 minutos de la playa, el piso amplio, 2 baños, uno de ellos en la habitación de matrimonio, terraza amplia, limpio, con juegos de cama y toallas a nuestra disposición, las instalaciones de la finca geniales. Parking cubierto, que es de agradecer aunque en la zona se aparca muy bien. \nLa hospitalidad de Alex, quien nos recibió, impoluta, atento al whatsapp para cualquier duda o consulta. Repetiremos sin dudarlo

Recomiendo este apartamento a cualquier familia que quiera pasar unas buenas vacaciones porque cuenta con todo lo necesario y el dueño te resolverá cualquier problema que te pueda surgir.

Great appartment in the quiet area. The swimming pool is great for small children as it has shallow area as well as deeper end for adults. Appartment has two good size bedrooms. Beds are comfy and pillows looked like they are new. There is a lift in the block, so makes journeys if you carry lots of shopping or stuff much easier. Balcony is all covered up, but it keeps appartment cooler that way during the hot summer day and also is very safe for small children. There are a handful if restaurants very close and the restaurants next to the appartment is very very good.

Logement parfait et propre , proche de tous commerces et beaucoup de restaurants à proximité ; la plage à 2 minutes à pied; la piscine est trés grande . Alexander est trés disponible et nous accueille trés bien. je recommande ce logement.

Alexander met us at the complex and was really helpful and accommodating. The apartment is really good, had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable and we slept well. There is airconditioning and a fan in the main bedroom. The lounge is comfortable, and it has a smart TV (you can use your Netflix account, etc). The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a washing machine and dishwasher. The complex is very well maintained and also very clean. It's a very quiet area. there's no outside space (the balcony has been covered in), so you have to go to the pool for sunbathing. The pool area is clean and tidy (the pool was freezing cold but that didn't seem to stop kids enjoying it). Parking is available on the street.\n\nThere's a good pizzeria at the end of the road (the house red wine is really nice!), and a pharmacy next to the complex. In the next street over ( Calle Francia), there is a small supermarket. The sea front is a two minute walk, and there are lots of restaurants and cafes there. If you don't have a car, there are buses into Torrevieja (takes about 20 minutes) for a couple of euro. \n\nOnly two small areas for improvement: the pillows on the bed were old and uncomfortable. We had to take the pillows from the other room. I really recommend that they are replaced. Secondly, the address supplied with the booking is not complete - it does not give the complex name (Parquemar 6).\n\nAll in all, a very nice apartment in a good location. I'd recommend it.

Świetny, ładnie urządzony, czysty i przestronny apartament z dwoma sypialniami i salonem. Bardzo blisko plaży, miejsca postojowe łatwo dostępne w pobliżu apartamentu. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, w łazienkach wszystko czego potrzeba. Zadbany ogród i basen. Apartament o wysokim standardzie za rozsądną cenę. Sympatyczny gospodarz, który szybko odpowiadał na pytania. Polecam zatrzymanie się w tym miejscu.

Polecamy tę lokalizację. Warunki spełnią oczekiwania osób przyzwyczajonych do wysokich standardów. Czysto i przestronnie. Morze i lokalne restauracje w ,,zasięgu oka".Parking podziemny to wartość dodana,zwłaszcza w sezonie wysokim.

Pues por mi parte todo magnífico, una casa con todo lo necesario a la par que bonita y cuidada, mis hijos y yo hemos pasado una semana muy agradable, la única pena ha sido encontrarnos con la piscina estropeada ya que eso nos fastidió un poco, por lo demás de 10, de hecho nos dejó salir lunes en la mañana cuando lo previsto era domingo...Gracias Alejandro
