We’ve just come back from a brilliant 2 week stay in La Mata. The apartment was exactly as described. It’s nothing too fancy but it was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, the AC unit worked well and kept us cool at night time. Apartment was well- stocked with everything we needed, and a few extras. The location was fab! There were 2 or 3 small supermarkets and a pharmacy on the next road over which had everything we needed and it was Literally a few mins walk to the beach and all the restaurants/bars, we were spoilt for choice. Communication with Espavista and Yuri was excelllent too. They were always just a (Hidden by Airbnb) or a phone call away and we were able to check-in and out effortlessly! My children loved the large pool which was in our complex . They begged to go every day! It opens from 11am to 3pm , closes for 2 hrs then reopens at 5 till 9pm, always with at least 2 lifeguards on duty and they were quite friendly. Just be aware the pool does have quite a few rules to follow and they were strict with them which made us laugh lol such as no glasses allowed (even tested), hair had to be tied up, no hats , no toys allowed in, etc but it was still great x The beach was lovely too . Check out Blondys Beach Club - we had great food, drink and service there when we had chilled beach days. There are buses just across the road from the apartment If you want to go into the town centre. We did feel like we missed out on doing more sightseeing as there wasn’t a whole lot of sights to see on our door step. We found some nice places that would have been worth a visit… but we didn’t rent a car and they were too far for us to go by bus ( Some may not mind this but I had children who don’t like long journeys in the heat lol) - so next time I’d love to rent a car and go around more. All in all I Would definitely recommend this Espavista apartment ! Thanks again 🙂 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Väldigt smidig inhyrningsprocess av denna fina lägenhet. Espavista var tydliga och hjälpsamma med allt vi behövde så som spjälsäng, barnstol mm.
Lägenheten är väldigt ren och i den finns allt du behöver för att ha en trevlig semester. Poolen var bemannad med två badvakter då vi var där.
Läget där lägenheten ligger på är lugnt, nära stranden, handling och restauranger. Allt som egentligen man behöver för en trevlig semester.
Hyr vi igen kommer vi definitivt använda oss utav Espavista för smidigheten!

I missed the small print about the pool having no water until June so my husband and kids were disappointed by that - but was probably too chilly to swim anyway and the beach was minutes away lol

Brilliant location. Very clean & everything you need to self cater. Lots of lovely restaurants & supermarket close by. Short walk to the lovely beach & the centre of La Mata. There was just the 2 of us but plenty of room for a family.

Fantastisch appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer schoon, internet, uitstekend gemeenschappelijk zwembad, wandelen naar een mooi strand. Sterk aanbevolen. Yury zorgde goed voor ons.
Мы провели с семьёй с двумя детьми замечательный отпуск. Квартира нам очень понравилось, в ней все обустроено для отпуска, мы за 16 дней ни в чем не нуждались. Чувствовали себя практически как дома.\nОт моря, пляжа совсем не далеко, все магазины рядом, нам даже не понадобилась машина. \nВообщем мы остались довольные и надеемся на следующий год сново приехать. \nХочу отдельно отметить, что в квартире очень чисто, все было убрано и готово к нашему приезду, нам предоставили достаточно постельного белья, полотенца, в ванной все было, для стирки, пляжный зонт и стулья. Что мы ни в чем не нуждались! Просторный балкон,на котором можно сидеть вечером или завтракать..\nБассейн, очень ухоженный, которым тоже можно пользоваться. \nВообщем мы остались довольны и только рекомендуем!\nОтдельное спасибо Алексею, за помощь!
