Other things to note
House rules and rental conditions
1. Cleaning on long term bookings
• If the stay exceeds 28 days, guests are required to agree and allow access for mandatory additional cleaning, carried out by the Espavista cleaning staff previously coordinated with the host.
• Cleaning is done during your stay:
- for 1-2 month stays — at least one additional cleaning, usually in the middle of the rental period;
- for stays longer than 2 months — at least once a month.
• Payment is made directly to the cleaning staff of Espavista.
• The cost of additional cleaning is equal to the cost of the final cleaning indicated in the reservation.
• In case of refusal to perform the mandatory cleaning, the amount may be deducted from the security deposit.
2. Security deposit
• The security deposit is €600.
• The amount will be blocked on the guest's credit card at check-in.
• Return (unlock) will be made within 10 days of checkout, provided there is no property damage.
3. Damages and Liability:
• The guest is liable for any damage caused by intentional actions, improper use, or negligent treatment of the property.
• Damages will be covered by the security deposit and, if the amount exceeds such deposit, the guest will be required to reimburse the additional cost.
• Owner will only be held liable for equipment repairs or replacements that fail due to normal wear and tear.
4. Damage communication
• The guest must immediately notify the landlord of any damage or damage:
- within 1 hour — if the problem may cause an accident, flooding, damage to neighbors or risk to occupants or third parties;
- within 24 hours — for other damages that do not pose a security risk.
• Notification must be given in writing (through Airbnb).
5. Other conditions
• Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
• No parties or events that alter public order.
• In case of lost keys or pool cards/bracelets, the guest must pay the cost of their replacement (a new lock can cost from 60 euros).
The time of moving in and handing over the keys should be agreed in advance on WhatsApp +34625965164 with our manager.
When checking in after hours, guests can collect the keys themselves from the safe deposit box located at the entrance of the Espavista office.

Safe boxes: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Guests are required to leave the premises before 12:00 (noon), keys can be left indoors and the door slammed.
