Located in a residential complex with a large shared pool, this ground floor apartment features 2 bedrooms, 4 beds, a large sofa, equipped kitchen, wifi, air conditioning, and a private terrace with outdoor table. Perfect for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.
The space
Upon entering the apartment, we find a bright living-dining room with a large sofa, Smart TV, a dining table for 4, and a kitchen with a breakfast bar. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of utensils, as well as an oven, a kettle, a filter coffee maker, and a toaster. Next to the kitchen, there is a small utility room with a washing machine and storage space. Continuing from the living room, you will find a fully equipped bathroom with a bathtub, bidet, sink, hairdryer, etc. On either side of the bathroom are the 2 bedrooms. The first has two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. The second has a double bed, a built-in wardrobe, and a chest of drawers, plus a large window overlooking the private patio. After passing through the living room, we exit to the terrace where there is an outdoor table for 4 people. Additionally, the apartment has wifi access and air conditioning.
Guest access
The apartment is located within a private and gated residential complex. Inside the complex, you will find a large shared pool with green areas for relaxation. The residential complex is situated in one of the quietest areas of Torrevieja, 10 minutes by car from the nearest beach, and close to amenities such as supermarkets, shops, and bars. By car, you can reach other leisure spots in Torrevieja, such as the promenade or shopping centers.

We are a company dedicated to managing Airbnb rentals; therefore, our guest assistance hours are from 11:00 to 23:00. During this time, our colleague will be able to welcome you to the apartment and assist you over the phone.

Outside of these hours, guests can check-in BY COLLECTING THE KEY FROM A SAFE BOX THAT WILL BE AVAILABLE 24 HOURS a day, following all instructions provided in advance by our team.

Check-in from 11:00 to 19:00

The time of moving in and handing over the keys should be agreed in advance on WhatsApp +34625965164 with our manager.

When checking in after hours, guests can collect the keys themselves from the safe deposit box located at the entrance of the Espavista office.

Check-out before 12:00
