With one fully equipped bedroom, the apartment is designed for a practical and pleasant stay.
The space includes a cozy entrance hall, a full bathroom with a bathtub, and an American-style kitchen with a breakfast bar and all necessary appliances. The living-dining room is spacious and bright, with a bedroom that includes a small loft for drying clothes, as well as an enclosed terrace with street views.
The common areas offer a pool available from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and a patio open until 11:00 p.m. The pool and patio close from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. for rest. Pool rules prohibit the use of chairs, food, balls, and pets, and require adult supervision for children under 8, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all residents.

When checking in after hours, guests can collect the keys themselves from the safe deposit box located at the entrance of the Espavista office.
