The space

Upon entering the apartment, on the right is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, refrigerator and all the necessary utensils, and to the left a practical room for laundry. The living room is spacious and bright, equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for relaxing. The property has a master bedroom with double bed and fitted closets, and a second bedroom with two single beds, perfect for children or family. It also has a full bathroom and a spacious balcony to enjoy the fresh air and garden views.

Guest access

The apartment is located in a private and fenced residential complex, consisting of three blocks. The common areas include a private swimming pool available during the summer months (June, July and August), access to which is subject to an additional cost of approximately 10 to 15 euros per person per day.

The residential enjoys a privileged location, just a few steps from the beach and the promenade, where you can enjoy a wide range of restaurants. In addition, it has easy access to an urban transport stop and a nearby supermarket, ensuring a comfortable and complete experience for residents.

We are a company dedicated to managing Airbnb rentals; therefore, our guest assistance hours are from 11:00 to 23:00. During this time, our colleague will be able to welcome you to the apartment and assist you over the phone.
Outside of these hours, guests can check-in BY COLLECTING THE KEY FROM A SAFE BOX THAT WILL BE AVAILABLE 24 HOURS a day, following all instructions provided in advance by our team.

Check-in from 11:00 to 19:00

The time of moving in and handing over the keys should be agreed in advance on WhatsApp +34625965164 with our manager.

When checking in after hours, guests can collect the keys themselves from the safe deposit box located at the entrance of the Espavista office.

Check-out before 12:00
