- French kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, kettle, microwave and basic kitchen utensils to cook your favorite dishes.
- Cozy and bright living room with sofa bed, dining table and Smart TV, perfect for relaxing or watching movies.
- A private balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for breakfast in the sun or relaxing at the end of the day, admiring the common areas.
- The master bedroom on the top floor with a comfortable double bed, natural light and a calm atmosphere.
- Fully equipped bathroom with shower and washing machine, complete with towels and everything you need for your comfort.

House rules and rental terms
1. Cleaning for long-term reservations
• If the stay exceeds 28 days, the guest is required to agree and provide access for mandatory additional cleaning by Espavista staff, which has been previously agreed upon with the guest.
• Cleaning is carried out during the stay:
When renting for 1 to 2 months, at least one additional cleaning, usually in the middle of the rental period;
- for rentals longer than 2 months, at least once a month.
Payment is made directly to Espavista staff.
The cost of additional cleaning is equal to the cost of the final cleaning specified in the booking.
• If you refuse the mandatory cleaning, the cost may be deducted from the security deposit.
2. Security deposit
The deposit is €600.
The amount is blocked on the guest's credit card at check-in.
• Refund (unblocking) is made within 10 days after check-out in the absence of damage to the property.
3. Damage and liability
• The guest is responsible for any damage caused by intentional acts, misuse or negligence of the property.
• Damage is compensated for by the deposit, and if the amount exceeds it, the guest is obliged to compensate for the difference.
• The owner is only responsible for repairing or replacing equipment that has failed due to natural wear and tear.
4. Reporting damage
The guest must immediately notify the owner of any damage or malfunction:
- within 1 hour — if the problem can lead to an accident, flooding, damage to neighbors or pose a risk to residents or third parties;
- within 24 hours — for other malfunctions that do not pose a threat to safety.
• The notification must be made in writing (via Airbnb).
5. Miscellaneous
• Smoking is strictly forbidden inside.
Parties and events that disrupt public order are not allowed.
• If the guest loses the keys or cards/bracelet for the pool, he/she must pay the cost of replacing them (from €60, a new lock system may be required).
The time of moving in and handing over the keys should be agreed in advance on WhatsApp +34625965164 with our manager.
When checking in after hours, guests can collect the keys themselves from the safe deposit box located at the entrance of the Espavista office.

Safe boxes: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Guests are required to leave the premises before 12:00 (noon), keys can be left indoors and the door slammed.
