This cozy bungalow offers a bright and comfortable atmosphere, ideal for enjoying the Costa Blanca climate year-round:

Other things to note
House Rules and Rental Conditions
1. Cleaning for Long-Term Reservations
• If the stay exceeds 28 days, guests are required to agree to and allow access for mandatory additional cleaning, carried out by Espavista's cleaning staff, in advance of coordination with the guest.
• Cleaning is performed during the stay:
- for stays of 1 to 2 months — at least one additional cleaning, usually halfway through the rental period;
- for stays of more than 2 months — at least once a month.
• Payment is made directly to Espavista's cleaning staff.
• The cost of the additional cleaning is equal to the cost of the final cleaning indicated in the reservation.
• In case of refusal to perform the mandatory cleaning, its amount may be deducted from the security deposit.
2. Security Deposit
• The security deposit is €600.
• The amount will be blocked on the guest's credit card upon check-in.
• Refunds (unlocking) will be made within 10 days of check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
3. Damages and Liability:
• The guest is responsible for any damage caused by intentional actions, improper use, or negligent treatment of the property.
• Damages will be covered by the security deposit, and if the amount exceeds the deposit, the guest must reimburse the additional cost.
• The host is only responsible for repairs or replacements of equipment that fails due to normal wear and tear.
4. Reporting Damage
• The guest must immediately notify the host of any damage or malfunction:
- within 1 hour — if the problem could cause an accident, flooding, harm to neighbors, or risk to occupants or third parties;
- within 24 hours — for other damages that do not pose a safety risk.
• Notification must be made in writing (via Airbnb).
5. Other Conditions
• Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
• Parties and events that disrupt public order are not allowed.
• In the event of lost keys or pool cards/bracelets, the guest must pay the cost of replacing them (a new lock may cost more than €60).
Check-in from 11:00 to 19:00
The time of moving in and handing over the keys should be agreed in advance on WhatsApp +34625965164 with our manager.
When checking in after hours, guests can collect the keys themselves from the safe deposit box located at the entrance of the Espavista office.

Check-out before 12:00
Guests are required to leave the premises before 12:00 (noon), keys can be left indoors and the door slammed.
We stayed during April, so majority of the properties were empty, so it has been extremely calm and we had a pool basically just for ourselves. The apartment is very close to the beach and the park and they both are very nice. The landlord was beyond helpful and made all our requests happen swiftly. As we were working from home, the internet speed was increased as we had 400mbps. The property has a nice terrace with a roll out shade to hide from the sun. It has 3 bedrooms, however one of them has a window facing the other bedroom and that other bedroom is a room converted from the balcony or something of that sort and was chilly. The property included the tennis court that was free to be used. Children playground nearby so was perfect for our children.
