Other things to note
House Rules and Rental Conditions
1. Cleaning for long-term reservations
• If the stay exceeds 28 days, guests are required to agree and allow access for an additional mandatory cleaning, carried out by Espavista’s cleaning staff and coordinated in advance with the guest.
• Cleaning is carried out during the stay:
- for stays of 1 to 2 months — at least one additional cleaning, usually halfway through the rental period;
- for stays of more than 2 months — at least once a month.
• Payment is made directly to Espavista’s cleaning staff.
• The cost of the additional cleaning is equal to the final cleaning fee indicated in the reservation.
• In case of refusal to allow mandatory cleaning, its cost may be deducted from the security deposit.

2. Security deposit
• The security deposit is €600.
• The amount will be blocked on the guest’s credit card at check-in.
• The refund (unblocking) will be made within 10 days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.

3. Damages and liability
• The guest is responsible for any damage caused by intentional actions, misuse, or negligent treatment of the property.
• Damages will be covered from the security deposit and, if the amount exceeds the deposit, the guest must reimburse the additional cost.
• The owner will only be responsible for repairs or replacement of equipment that fails due to normal wear and tear.

4. Damage reporting
• The guest must immediately notify the owner of any damage or defect:
- within 1 hour — if the issue may cause an accident, flooding, damage to neighbors, or pose a risk to occupants or third parties;
- within 24 hours — for other defects that do not pose a safety risk.
• Notification must be made in writing (via Airbnb).

5. Other conditions
• Smoking inside the property is prohibited.
• Parties or events disturbing public order are not allowed.
• In case of loss of keys or card/bracelet for pool, the guest must pay the replacement cost (from €60; a new lock may be required).

Check-in from 11:00 to 19:00

The time of moving in and handing over the keys should be agreed in advance on WhatsApp +34625965164 with our manager.

When checking in after hours, guests can collect the keys themselves from the safe deposit box located at the entrance of the Espavista office.

Mjög góð íbúð, smekkleg, rúmgóð og allt til alls og mjög góður andi í henni. Sólstofan algjör dásemd og útsýnið getur varla verið betra, nema þá kannski af þakinu. Á þakinu, sem er sameiginleg aðstaða íbúa hússins, er hægt að nýta til útivistar, s.s. sólbað og slíkt, einnig eru þvottasnúrur svo alltaf er hægt að hengja þvottinn sinn út. Þakið kom sér vel í útivistarbanninu. Fallegur garður og sameiginleg sundlaug. Staðsetningin er frábær ...stutt í allt. Ég er mjög ánægð með dvölina hér. Takk fyrir mig.

Really incredible apartment, The terrace and its views are awesome. You can see the sea from all over the terrace. Very calm and clean apartment. With air condition, good TV, wifi, and the things you need it in the kitchen/house. Close to the beach (10 min walking) and with nice pool. You can park easy in the street. And alexander really nice all the time, since the welcome to the last day. It´s a top apartment, 10/10, I will try to come back one day for sure

Sin duda uno de los mejores apartamentos que puedes encontrar en Airbnb en torrevieja. La terraza que tiene en sencilla espectacular, por lo grande pero sobre todo por las vistas que tiene a la costa/mar. La casa es muy cómoda y limpia. Con aire acondicionado, ventilador techo en la habitación principal, sofá muy cómodo, buena TV, wifi y la casa completamente equipada (horno, microondas, vitro, lavadora, nevera, congelador, plancha, tabla planchar, aspiradora, etc etc). Dos habitaciones y un cuarto de baño. Incluso tiene buen estilo (cuadros y decoración). La pisicina está muy bien con mucho espacio en la hierba para tomar el sol, y está a unos 10-15 minutos andando de la playa, por lo que puedes ir andando sin problema. Tiene un mercadona muy cerca. Puedes aparcar en la calle sin problema. Zona tranquila. Alexander me recibió muy bien, y muy atento. Sin duda todo un acierto, intentaré volver si puedo alguna vez más.
