Other important information
House rules and rental conditions

1. Cleaning for long-term stays
• If the stay exceeds 28 days, guests are required to arrange and allow access for a mandatory intermediate cleaning, carried out by Espavista’s cleaning staff and coordinated in advance with the guest.
• Cleaning during the stay:

* For stays of 1 to 2 months — at least one additional cleaning, usually mid-stay;
* For stays longer than 2 months — at least once a month.
• Payment is made directly to Espavista cleaning staff.
• The cost of the additional cleaning equals the cost of the final cleaning stated in the booking.
• If the guest refuses the mandatory cleaning, the cost may be deducted from the security deposit.

2. Security deposit
• The security deposit is €600.
• The amount will be pre-authorized on the guest’s credit card at check-in.
• The refund (release) will be processed within 10 days after check-out, provided no damages have occurred.

3. Damages and liability
• The guest is responsible for any damage caused by intentional actions, improper use, or negligent handling of the property.
• Damages will be deducted from the security deposit, and if the amount exceeds the deposit, the guest must cover the difference.
• The owner is only responsible for repairing or replacing equipment that fails due to normal wear and tear.

4. Reporting damages
• The guest must immediately notify the owner of any damage or malfunction:

* Within 1 hour — if the issue could cause an accident, flooding, damage to neighbors, or pose a safety risk to occupants or third parties;
* Within 24 hours — for other defects that do not pose safety risks.
• Notification must be in writing (through Airbnb).

5. Other conditions
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
• Parties and events that disturb public order are not allowed.
• In case of lost keys or pool access cards/wristbands, the guest must pay the replacement cost (a new lock may cost from €60).

Check-in from 11:00 to 19:00

The time of moving in and handing over the keys should be agreed in advance on WhatsApp +34625965164 with our manager.

When checking in after hours, guests can collect the keys themselves from the safe deposit box located at the entrance of the Espavista office.

We rented this apartment for a little bit less than a month. All communication with the host was met with quick and prompt responses, and we got all the information required well in advance of the visit. The host met us outside in person, on a Sunday which was an Easter Holiday, graciously provided us with keys and walked us through the doors, backyard, pool and other amenities included in the reservation. Everything was as expected. Since we came with our toddler, Tomas, who is slightly less than 2 years old, they also brought in a separate cot and a feeding chair at no extra cost upon request. When a lightbulb burnt out due to old age, they quickly replaced it the next day. The place is child-friendly and the backyard pool has been enjoyed multiple times. There are also pet cats lounging in the backyard, perfect for drawing the interest of young toddlers. Other families were also visiting, so there was contact between toddlers and play. While there was no separate parking space included, the street always had a place for a rented car - much more convenient than in the center of the city - where finding parking space can be a serious problem. The location was ideal for us - a nearby shopping center, a very brief walk to the beach, pharmacies close by, the place is easy to drive to from downtown Torrevieja, Alicante airport, Cartagena and from further away. We had no issues with hot water for baths and shower, there was always plenty. The stove, fridge, freezer, water boiler, toaster, oven, microwave oven - all worked and were made use of without any issues whatsoever. Upon request, the host delivered us a brand new vacuum cleaner, replacing the previous one. Since the location is so close to the beaches and parks, we made good use of them all, and can especially recommend the Parque Aromatico for it's fragrant flowers and plants - an apt name. The other highlight was the Parque del Moline del Agua which had a long waterway, the walls of which one could walk a toddler on and enjoy observing the water streaming by. All in all we felt safe at the apartment we stayed in, and in Torrevieja, even during a festival/fair. Since stable internet was extremely important during our visit for working purposes, we are very happy to say that there were no issues with the speed or stability of the internet connection. We would definitely want to visit again.

Really lovely stay at the aparment. Brilliant service and quick feedback when asking questions to the host. Short walk to the beach and really nice outdoor areas. Highly recommend a stay at this apartment.

El lugar es más grande y bonito de lo que se puede ver en las fotografías. Supermercado, cafeterías y restaurantes cerca del lugar. Playa La Mata esta ubicada entre 10 a 15 minutos caminado. Parqueo en la calle, siempre fue fácil encontrar espacio para parquear. Estuvimos dos semanas en el apartamento y teníamos a disposición lo necesario para cocinar. Recomiendo mucho el lugar.

Дякуємо за чудову квартиру. Було чисто, затишно, великий плюс - це великий басейн.
В квартирі є все необхідне для комфортного проживання.
Нюанс - це з однієї спальні вікно виходить в коридор, але згодом звикли.
Self check-in є перевагою, інформацію надали детальну, дякую !

L’hôte était super sympa, nous avons eu des soucis d’internet et de toilette l’hôte a directement réglé les soucis dans la journée très accueillant et gentil.
Au niveau de l’appartement il est bien placé et il est propre et confortable, expérience à refaire sans hésiter je recommande
