Located 4 kilometers from Biar (a municipality in the province of Alicante) - in the middle of nature in front of the Benehama valley, planted with almond and olive trees, at the foot of the pine forest of the Fontanella mountain range and next to a spring - this completely restored farmhouse has been operating as a rural hotel for more than 22 years old, has 9 double rooms, one of which is in a separate building. There is a tenth separate room (not in use) with the first and second floors, with carpentry, but without internal equipment (the possibility of increasing the number of rooms to 14 if the area allocated for the owners' house is equipped).

The original character has been preserved, maintaining the primitive structure of wooden beams, stone walls, but at the same time offering the amenities of a modern hotel. Every space, every corner of this rural hotel has been created so that you can enjoy relaxation, tranquility, silence, light and nature. Good heating in winter, air conditioning in summer, 4 cozy living rooms located on different floors, indoor and outdoor garden on a plot of over 7,000 meters, with a 6 x 12 meter swimming pool, ping pong table and trampoline.

Very convenient transport links: 30 minutes by car from Alicante, its beaches and airport, 11 km (6 minutes by car) from Villena (population 35.000 inhabitants), 20 minutes from the AVE station in Villena, 4 km (3 minutes by car) from Biara (a very beautiful town with a population of 3,500 inhabitants). 90 minutes by car from Valencia, 60 minutes from Murcia and 75 minutes from Albacete.

Technical description of objects

The main building consists of the first, second and third floors. On the ground floor there is a reception, public toilets, an industrial kitchen/laundry/washing room, a dining room/restaurant, a living room with a perfectly functioning old wood burning stove and Swedish hob, a large library room with direct access to the 87m2 garden (this was a former wine cellar which now used as a multifunctional room), living room with high ceilings and stone walls of 40 m2, with wood-burning stove and fireplace.

On the upper floors there are nine double bedrooms with associated bathrooms. One of the rooms has its own terrace, and the other two have a balcony window. All of them have an area from 13.5 m2 (the smallest) to 18 m2 (excluding bathrooms) and almost all are attic rooms, some with higher ceilings, some with lower ones. Decor varies from room to room. Two rooms have a third loft bed. On the ground floor there is a living room and a large terrace for common use, as well as a living area of ​​more than 120 sq. m. m (with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, two bathrooms), which can be used as a living space, or you can expand the number of rooms in the hotel: four double rooms with corresponding bathrooms or create new common areas. On the second floor there is a large library-living room with high ceilings and a large window, which is also intended for public use.

In addition to the 250 m2 internal garden/patio, the property has an external garden of over 7,500 m2. m with an external swimming pool 6 x 12 m with salt electrolysis, ping-pong table, trampoline, propane tank. This is a landscaped area surrounded by pine trees (at the foot of the Fontanella mountain range). Very convenient parking next to the building, on our own territory.
