There is optical-internet, a big smart TV. Air conditioning is heat-cold.

Excellent infrastructure. In 10 minutes walk to the supermarket, 100 meters from restaurants, bars, 50 meters to the municipal, pine, walking park. Very convenient access to the beach.

Swimming pool is only open during the summer.

Check-in after 14:00

Check-in time: after 14:00, the guest picks up the keys himself at the Espavista office.

Check-out before 12:00

Отличные апартаменты. Все фото соответствуют. Очень чисто и ремонт свежий . Территориально это район Молина Бланка. Пляж действительно очень близко,- всего 2 минуты вниз к морю. Ближайший супермаркет в 600 метрах ( надо подниматься вверх). В апартаментах есть всё для комфортного проживания: кондиционер, холодильник электрическая плита чайник, кофеварка, посудомоечная машина, много разной посуды и мелочей типа соли, сахара. Была даже пачка кофе. Спасибо хозяевам за такую заботу!

El apartamento es pequeñito pero muy acogedor y más que suficiente para las 4 personas que íbamos, muy limpio y muy completo.
Los anfitriones muy atentos y agradables.
Estamos muy contentos y sin duda, repetiremos.

It was a good place, near the sea. there was a swimming pool in the yard which is very convenient. The hosts were very friendly and always ready to help with any questions.

Fantastic host that did all those little extra things that made our stay great. Property caretaker was very helpful during our whole stay. Good for both elderly and kids. Very much appreciated and recommend this to anyone.

muy agradable con todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia, muy cerca de la playa y fueron muy amables a nuestra salida ya que en mi caso tuve que irme un día antes y enviaron una persona para devolver las llaves, repetiremos el siguiente año.
